Ms. Aguilar holds a master's degree in economics from the University of Flensburg, Germany (2009). After completing her studies, she joined the Berlin Energy Agency, where she managed international energy projects.
From 2013 to 2015, she headed the Environmental Department at the German-Mexican Chamber of Commerce in Mexico City.
Since October 2015, she has been working as a Senior International Project Manager at the German Solar Association (BSW-Solar). Her responsibilities include the management of international projects-among them EU-funded initiatives such as PV FINANCING and PVP4Grid-as well as the development of studies and project work in countries such as Iran, Pakistan, Ghana, India, and Mexico.
