Marisol Oropeza, a prominent figure in the solar industry, is recognised as an exceptional advocate for solar heating, renowned for her extensive knowledge and dynamic presence as a public speaker, moderator, and storyteller. Her influential collaborations span initiatives in accelerating the energy transition and advancing solar thermal technology, showcasing her as a highly-skilled professional with a creative mindset. She has cultivated a vast network of contacts in Germany, Europe, and Latin America. Marisol's academic background includes graduating with honors in Business Administration from UNAM, a Master's degree in European Studies from Hochschule Bremen, and additional studies in Strategic Marketing, Leadership, and Sustainable Development. She is business and marketing strategist for the solar industry with her own consulting brand: matters. Among her clients there are highly recognized companies and organizations in the solar industry. In addition, she has launched projects and is part of initiatives to increase the visibility of the solar thermal energy sector and technologies internationally. She has been a speaker and moderator in multiple specialized forums. She is founder of the Heat Changers community, responsible for the International Affairs Secretariat of the National Solar Energy Association (ANES) and advises on marketing and public relations to the Solar Heating Initiative, the Global Solar Certification Network and Intersolar Mexico.

Mariano Birlain holds a Ph.D. in Engineering with a specialization in energy economics and energy planning. He has over 8 years of experience in developing analyses focused on policies that promote the development of value chains for new technologies in the energy sector. He also has experience in scenario modeling to evaluate the economic, environmental, technological, social, and political feasibility of the penetration of energy efficiency and renewable energy technologies in the public and private sectors through technical-economic and/or econometric analyses. He currently serves as the Director General of the General Directorate of Technological Development and Energy Access at the Ministry of Energy.

Nelson R. Delgado Contreras is a highly experienced specialist in the Mexican electricity sector. Since April 2021, he has served as the General Director of the Mexican Solar Energy Association (ASOLMEX). Previously, he held key roles at the Energy Regulatory Commission (CRE) as Deputy Director General of Wholesale Electricity Market Surveillance, and at the Ministry of Energy (SENER) as Director General of Electricity Generation and Transmission, and Deputy Director General of Generation Programs. His significant contributions include developing Mexico's Electricity Sector Development Programs (PRODESEN), designing SENER's first tender for private transmission lines, and setting requirements for Clean Energy Certificates (CELs). Mr. Delgado Contreras holds a Bachelor's in Civil Engineering from UNAM and a Master's in Financial Optimization. He received the Gabino Barreda Medal in 2000 for academic excellence. His career highlights his pivotal role in implementing and developing the Wholesale Electricity Market and modeling the National Electric System.

Global advisor on energy and climate for governments and international organizations, she was the first woman to serve as National Secretary and Undersecretary of Energy of Panama, where she authored and co-authored more than 15 national energy policy instruments, such as the Green Hydrogen Strategy, the Universal Energy Access Strategy, and the National Interconnected System Innovation Strategy, all with a gender perspective. She is president of Panama's Chapter of the 50+1 Collective, a member of the Board of Directors of GWNET and of the Global Climate Champions Alliance, and an advisory member of REN21. She was a Senior Regional Energy Expert at UN Environment, a former advisor on Energy and Climate Change to the Minister of Environment of Panama, and a former Director of Climate Change. She holds a degree in Civil Engineering, a master's degree in technology and Natural Resource Management in the Tropics and Subtropics from the University of Applied Sciences in Germany; a Master's degree in Environmental Sciences from UASLP - Mexico; and is also a specialist in Sustainable Energy Policy Development.
