Specialist in Environmental Energy Policy and Management from the Latin American School of Social Sciences (FLACSO), with experience in the creation and development of policies and programs focused on energy efficiency for industry and buildings, as well as in the incorporation of strategies for the decarbonization of the energy sector. She currently works as Director of Energy Security and Transition at the Renewable Energy Agency of the State of Nuevo Leon, where her main focus is on strengthening the value chain of key sectors such as green hydrogen, biomethane, distributed generation and energy efficiency, as well as identifying energy market opportunities in general. Among the objectives of his area are the professionalization of the sector, the integration of municipalities and communities, the strengthening of communication to promote a culture of responsible energy consumption in various social spheres, and the promotion of gender equity as a transversal focus in the implementation of energy strategies.

Member of the National Solar Energy Association (ANES) and the Mexican Photovoltaic Industry Association (AMIF). Operational Coordinator of Renewable Energies at FECIME (Federation of Mechanical and Electrical Colleges) and Vice President of the Energy Efficiency Commission of CIME NL. President of the Renewable Energy Competency Management Committee of CONOCER.
