Mexico has introduced a new mixed investment scheme for renewable power generation, requiring a minimum 54% direct or indirect participation by CFE. While the regulatory framework is already in place, many practical questions remain unanswered – especially for photovoltaic developers and investors. This webinar will take a deep dive into the mixed investment model for utility-scale PV projects, clarifying what is already defined, what remains uncertain, and how private companies can structure projects, partnerships, and contracts under this scheme. The session builds on a previous overview of all generation models and focuses specifically on addressing the most common questions surrounding mixed investment projects.
