He has more than 20 years of experience in the energy industry, during which he has been involved in the development of key infrastructure, including the Nueva Era Pipeline, where he led the relationship with Howard Energy Partners and oversaw the regulatory permitting process in Mexico. He has also participated in the conceptualization and development of natural gas transmission pipelines in the United States, as well as in the development of various power generation projects in both countries using different technologies, including stationary and mobile systems powered by natural gas, diesel, and renewable energy.
In addition, he has more than 10 years of experience in the evaluation and development of international businesses and projects. This includes extensive experience leading teams and coordinating the work required by the U.S. Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) to obtain Presidential Permits for cross-border infrastructure projects between the United States and Mexico. These processes involved securing federal, state, and local permits, as well as conducting a range of social, economic, cultural, and environmental studies required for authorization.
His professional career has focused on commercial management and international business, with an emphasis on designing and implementing energy solutions that generate significant social, environmental, and economic impact. His work contributes to sustainable development and the competitiveness of Mexico's energy sector, and he now applies this expertise with a particular focus on the State of Nuevo León.
