In the conference on the 40th anniversary of the Cutzamala System, Victor Bourguette, Director General of the Water Basin Organization of the Valley of Mexico (CONAGUA), explained that "the Valley of Mexico may face the same thing that happened with the lack of water in Monterrey because availability is dropping to three cubic meters per second".
For his part, Raúl Chaparro, General Director of the Water Program of the Water Commission of the State of Mexico, emphasized that our country has a deficit of 4.8 cubic meters of water due to the increase in population. He also recognized the importance of the Cutzamala System as a worldwide example that supplies water to more than 20 million Mexicans.
Intersolar Mexico presented short-term, cost-effective solutions to the energy challenges faced by companies in all sectors of the Mexican economy, positioning itself as a strategic ally for Mexico in photovoltaic energy, electrical energy storage and solar thermal energy with the participation of manufacturers, suppliers, distributors and installers to consolidate the link with potential users from different industrial sectors. The 30 years of trajectory and its international relevance make Intersolar the most important series of events and conferences of the solar industry in the world.
The importance of this trilogy of events is fundamental in the green transition and to advance in the fulfillment of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), directly linked to environmental conservation, which are a universal call to action to move from a linear economy to a circular one for the benefit of our planet¸ as the rate of use and abuse cannot be maintained forever.
