Onsite News: Yesterday, Intersolar Mexico opened the doors to visitors in the sunny country’s capital with a welcome coffee at 11:00 o’clock at the World Trade Center / Pepsi Center. It was the start of the three-day tradeshow hosting local and international service providers and technology suppliers of solar technologies.
The fully booked Workshop about Solar Heat (with more than 40 participants) gathered nine highly recognized speakers from different sectors of the Mexican solar heating market, and from other Latin American countries such as Panama and Ecuador. The workshop covered a wide range of topics from different market segments within this fast-growing solar industry in Mexico. There was also a special session about the exciting Termosolar Initiative in Panama.
The closing session of the workshop was dedicated to the Heat Changer Challenge launched by the international Heat Changer campaign. The authors of the four selected challenges explained their motivation and goals and got valuable feedback from the audience. Their challenge should be completed within the next three months.
