Professional in the solar energy sector, with more than a decade of experience in business development in Mexico, Central America and Asia. He has collaborated with international companies such as GoodWe and Canadian Solar, assessing and advising procurement and supply chain needs for companies in the sector. Her experience ranges from the proper establishment of distribution channels and negotiations of power purchase agreements (PPAs) and EPCs to the end customer. She holds a degree in International Relations from the Universidad de las Américas Puebla and a certification in Women's Leadership from Cornell University. Her background includes supply chain management and understanding of the macroeconomics of the solar sector both nationally and internationally. Convinced of the transformative power of clean energy, she seeks to accelerate the energy transition in Latin America through strategic alliances and business consulting. "

Founder and Director of AMERALI Group. In her 29 years, she has led the design and implementation of high-impact sustainable strategies for saving electricity and gas in companies and homes. She has trained distributors and integrators in sales in LATAM. In 2022 she was named as one of the 100 leaders in the energy sector by Petróleo & Energía magazine. She is vice-president of the Women in Energy Network (REDMEREE) and a member of Women Leaders of the Americas. Her purpose is to bring safe and affordable energy to all people.

Susana is an economist with a Master of Science in Public Financial Policy from the London School of Economics & Political Science (LSE). She is the director and founding partner of SICEnrgy, an independent consultancy on energy regulation and project development. She began in this sector in 2008 at the Ministry of Energy and specialized in economic regulation during her time at the Energy Regulatory Commission from 2011 to 2019, where she held the positions of Head of the LP Gas Unit, Head of the Economic Analysis Unit, and Chief Advisor to the President of the CRE. She was elected twice consecutively (2015 and 2018) as Vice President of the International Confederation of Energy Regulators. She is the Chairwoman of VozExperta A.C., writes for specialized magazines, is an analyst in print, radio, and television media, and a frequent speaker at national and international forums related to energy issues.

Project Coordinator of the Gender Unit of the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) in Mexico. He holds a Bachelor's degree in International Relations from Tecnológico de Monterrey, a Master's degree in Public Policy from Fudan University in Shanghai, China and another in International Development and Project Management from the University of Lund, Sweden. In addition, she has complemented her training with specialized studies in gender and masculinities in institutions such as GENDES A.C., Hombres por la Equidad A.C. and Tecnológico de Monterrey. Her experience focuses on the implementation of initiatives that promote gender equality and economic empowerment and financial autonomy. She has led projects that promote positive, non-violent and co-responsible masculinities, in collaboration with UN Women and UNFPA Mexico, as well as with public and private sector counterparts, and has implemented projects to address masculinities with an intercultural and intersectional approach in indigenous and Afro-descendant communities in Mexico.
