He holds a Bachelor's degree in International Relations from Tecnológico de Monterrey, a Master's degree in Public Policy from Fudan University in Shanghai, China and another in International Development and Project Management from the University of Lund, Sweden.
In addition, she has complemented her training with specialized studies in gender and masculinities in institutions such as GENDES A.C., Hombres por la Equidad A.C. and Tecnológico de Monterrey.
Her experience focuses on the implementation of initiatives that promote gender equality and economic empowerment and financial autonomy.
She has led projects that promote positive, non-violent and co-responsible masculinities, in collaboration with UN Women and UNFPA Mexico, as well as with public and private sector counterparts, and has implemented projects to address masculinities with an intercultural and intersectional approach in indigenous and Afro-descendant communities in Mexico.
