Senior Manager of Government and Regulatory Affairs at Invenergy. Previously, she advised the governing body of the Energy Regulatory Commission and consulted for the Mexican Institute for Competitiveness. Her career includes several roles within the Mexican federal government, specifically at Pemex, the Ministry of Finance and Public Credit, and the Ministry of Social Development. She also held official positions at the World Bank in Washington and the National Planning Department of Colombia. Ms. Delgado holds a Master of Science in Public Financial Policy from the London School of Economics, and both a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of the Andes in Bogotá
