He graduated from the Autonomous University of Querétaro where he obtained his Bachelor's and Master's Degree in Civil Engineering. He then received a scholarship to pursue his doctoral studies at the Technische Universität Berlin in the Department of Water Management and Modelling of Water Systems. At the end of his doctoral studies, he worked at the same institution supporting teaching and as a researcher in a project on Deep Geothermal Modelling. After being certified in 2021 as coordinator for climate protection and resource management, he started working at the DGS (German Solar Energy Association) in Berlin where to date he is Project Manager of the Consortium-DGS of Begleitforschung EnergieWendeBauen (Accompanying Research for the Construction of Energy Transformation) and coordinator of the Projects of the Solar Academy of the DGS in Latin America coordinating projects in Argentina, Paraguay and Ecuador.
