Founding member and vice-president of the technical committee for the national solar energy standardization NESO-13. Secretary of organization and secretary of industrial affairs in the National Association of Solar Energy (ANES) in various periods between 2009 and the present. Expert consultant for the United Nations Environment Programme (UN Environment), the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) and the German Cooperation (GIZ) for various renewable energy projects in Mexico, Panama, Honduras and Cuba. Expert in design, management, installation, commissioning and development of solar energy solutions with more than 20 years of experience.
