She holds a degree in International Relations from the Universidad Autónoma, Chihuahua, a postgraduate degree in Administration, focused on Business Development and a diploma in Energy Law from the Escuela Libre de Derecho. Certified as a Business Leadership Coach by the Academia Interamericana de Coaching (AIAC) and CIMA International. She is a founding partner of the company VA Energía Sustentable. Former General Manager of the Mexican Association of Solar Photovoltaic Energy (ASOLMEX). She represented as General Director of the National Chamber of the Transformation Industry (CANACINTRA) in the Ciudad Juárez, Chihuahua delegation. She was a collaborator of the Youth-Work model of the International Youth Foundation. Active member of the civil associations Mujeres en Energía México (MERM) and Mujeres en Energía Latinoamérica (MERL), which seeks to strengthen gender equity in the energy sector. Member of the College of Mechanical and Electrical Engineers of the state of Chihuahua. Certified as a Supervisor of Photovoltaic Systems in residential, industrial, and commercial applications. Developed the social project led by ASOLMEX, called "Ilumínate, Sol para todos" with the firm purpose of socializing solar photovoltaic energy; bringing renewable energies to areas that are outside the national electricity grid. She was a member representing the private sector before the Technical and Administration Committee of the CONACYT Mixed Fund. Participated as a member of the Joint Advisory Committee for the Improvement of Air Quality in the Ciudad Juárez, Chihuahua / El Paso, Texas / Doña Ana County, New Mexico. Creator of the IDÉATE project, developing the "Mujeres Transformando" programme. She was part of the creation of the project "Centro Regional de Investigación y Desarrollo de Energías Alternativas (CRIDEA) through the Colegio de Chihuahua.
