She has extensive experience advising relevant players in the renewable energy, mining, oil and gas sectors in M&A and project finance transactions. She has worked as counsel in international law firms, co-founder and COO of a legal technology company and legal director of a public company. She is a graduate of Escuela Libre de Derecho, MBA from City University and participates in several organizations that support the development of women leaders in the energy sector such as Voz Experta, Mujeres en Energías Renovables and Women Energy Network.
