Business and marketing strategist specialized in the solar thermal market at matters.mx, based in Berlin. She holds a Degree in Business Administration from the UNAM and a Master in European Studies from the Hochschule Bremen in Germany. She completed an exchange semester at the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas at Austin, studied International Cooperation for Sustainable Development at the Technische Universtität Kaiserslautern, and is a graduate of the altMBA programme on leadership and business management of the American Seth Godin. She has worked in the public and private sectors in Mexico and Germany and has 15 years of experience in the solar thermal sector. She has advised major European companies and organizations and lead international projects such as the Heat Changers and the Solar Heating Initiative. She is Secretary for International Affairs of the ANES and works for Intersolar Mexico since 2019.

Her has a PhD in science and technology. Has a vast experience in developing solar thermal projects in Argentina and Panama. He worked as a solar thermal consultant for the PTB, Fundación Bariloche, CEERD, UNEP, UNDP and was advisor to the Undersecretary of Renewable Energies of Argentina in the solar thermal area. He has been secretary of the solar thermal committee of IRAM, Argentina and technical expert of the Argentine Accreditation Body. He is currently CEO of Solarmate SA, a company dedicated to the design of portable solar thermal products, international consulting, services related to solar thermal energy in industries and training and education in renewable energies

She has been author of the SHC chapter of the annual Global Status Report on Renewables published by REN21 between 2016 and 2022. Solrico's focus in terms of market research is on solar district heating and solar process heating.
