She has an academic and professional background in communication, and a deep commitment to sustainability, which has led her to join Solar Heat Europe. She joined Solar Heat Europe in 2020 and in her current role as Communications and Events Manager, she is responsible for developing and implementing internal and external communication strategies meant to amplify the solar heat sector's influence in Europe. During her studies, she was part of the global NGO, advocating for youth development and leadership, having different roles at the local and national levels. After finishing her studies, she moved from Romania to Brussels, Belgium, to pursue a career in communication, working at first in Corporate Social Responsibility.

Su experiencia profesional abarca 15 años en el sector financiero mexicano y más de 20 en el energético, en el cual laboró como funcionaria pública de la Comisión Reguladora de Energía y de la Secretaría de Energía entre 2000 y 2018. Fue miembro del equipo a cargo del diseño e implementación de la Reforma Constitucional en Materia de Energía de 2013 y un actor clave en el desarrollo de los mercados de gas natural, gas LP y petrolíferos así como de las políticas de almacenamiento She holds a degree in Finance from the Technological University of Mexico, a Master in Finance from UNAM and a Master in Economic Regulation of Network Industries from the University of Barcelona. She is an advisor on energy policy and regulation, an international speaker on energy issues and Founding Advisor of the Voz Experta group, a high-profile women's collective whose objective is to make women visible in energy forums. She is a member of the Board of Directors of ANES, member of the International Women's Forum, among others. Petróleo y Energía magazine recognized her as one of the 100 leaders of the Energy Sector in Mexico for the years 2020 and 2021. This has made her one of the most recognized energy experts in Mexico. Her professional experience spans 15 years in the Mexican financial sector and more than 20 years in the energy sector, where she worked as a public official at the Energy Regulatory Commission and the Ministry of Energy between 2000 and 2018.

Business and marketing strategist specialized in the solar thermal market at matters.mx, based in Berlin. She holds a Degree in Business Administration from the UNAM and a Master in European Studies from the Hochschule Bremen in Germany. She completed an exchange semester at the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas at Austin, studied International Cooperation for Sustainable Development at the Technische Universtität Kaiserslautern, and is a graduate of the altMBA programme on leadership and business management of the American Seth Godin. She has worked in the public and private sectors in Mexico and Germany and has 15 years of experience in the solar thermal sector. She has advised major European companies and organizations and lead international projects such as the Heat Changers and the Solar Heating Initiative. She is Secretary for International Affairs of the ANES and works for Intersolar Mexico since 2019.

He is a lawyer, he has been working in the field of RES-E since 1999, especially in the field of solar energy. He is currently the Managing Director of ASIT, the Solar Thermal Industry Association, where he has been working since its foundation in 2004. He is also the Coordinator of SOLPLAT, the Spanish Low Temperature Solar Thermal Energy Technology Platform, since its creation in 2016. Previously, he was the Secretary General of HELIOS, the Andalusian Association of Solar Energy Manufacturers and Installers, from 1999 to 2004. The main aspects to highlight in his professional career are the dissemination of Solar Thermal Energy, solar thermal training, management of Dissemination and R&D Projects, and the representation of the ST sector in national and international forums.
